We are a small business and we may turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you. With this in mind, please note the following reservation and cancellation policy.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of first night's stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal.

All cancellations and changes are subject to a $25 processing fee. Deposits (less the $25 fee) will be refunded when notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the arrival date. 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation. No refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival. Early Departures are non-refundable. Prior arrangements must be made for late arrivals, any no-shows on the first night will cancel the remaining multiple night reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Minimum age of primary renter:21
